"Guess On! Forehead Words" Application Membership and User Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, the User accepts the terms of this agreement.
The User agrees to use the Application in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The User will not use the Application for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
The User is responsible for all actions taken within the Application. The User agrees to keep their login information confidential and not to share it with any third parties.
The Application and all related content, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by international copyright laws.
The Company reserves the right to terminate the User's access to the Application at any time, for any reason, without notice.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the Application, and the User's continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
